I applied online. I got a call for the phone screening. I was asked if I had a customer facing experience, email and phone experience. The interview was okay. I wasn't successful with my application.

Easy, friendly, short interview. Seemed like they wanted to know that they were just trying to get to know you and that they'd be hiring a friendly person (as that basically their entire moto).
