Very informal. It was more or less a meet to confirm that I was receiving the job. Although I dressed professionally and was prepared, these steps were not essential. I meet with the regional VP and he was a very relaxed, and found it appropriate to take calls, and be interrupted on several occasions throughout our 30 minute interview.
