J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret en févr. 2014
Entretien
I applied in person after printing off an application and bringing it in. I gave it directly to the store manager (not even knowing she was the store manager at the time), and she looked over my availability and set up an interview date on the spot after asking me a few questions about where I had previously worked. The interview was relatively quick; it was a group interview and there was about 5 of us. We were interviewed directly by the store manager, who made things very comfortable and easy. She let all of us answer her questions individually and tried to challenge us to say different things from another. I had previously worked in the Women's department at JC Penney's, so I already had some background experience in selling bra's (as well as in getting people to sign up for credit cards, which she asked us a few questions about). She asked us quite a few questions about different selling situations, since that was the position we had applied for. A few days later I got a call back offering me a position, which I accepted. I've been with the company almost a year now and still love it.
Questions d'entretien [4]
Question 1
Give an example of a time that you had a bad customer experience, and what you would have done in that situation instead.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
