It was a group interview for a new store opening. We were all asked one question which was, what do we notice first when we walk into a store, I received an email a week later saying I got the job! The easiest interview ever!

First there was a screening call and then went into the shop where they held a group interview, they went round asking everyone a different question and then set us a group task and an individual task.

Individual task: they asked us to take an item from the bag and try to sell it. The items were office equipment (stapler, post it notes etc)
It was a group interview with 8 other prospecting applicants with questions focused on how to engage the customer and provide them a victoria secret experience and focus on those who gave history in sales / retail
