Interviews by one member of the team. Very chill interview - asked motivational questions and how I would approach certain tasks. Interview was conversational which made it feel less pressurised. I was informed that the interview was successful on my way home.

It was a group interview with 5 other girls. There was 2 women interviewing, the manager and sales associate which made the group interview even more intimidating. The first part was arranging pants in colour order then the second part included interview questions. The questions were very precise as everybody got a different question regarding customer service, teamwork etc so you needed a lot of experience/examples to be able to answer comfortably
