Group interview 3-5 people. From group interview then followed by a one on one over the phone interview with SM. Phone interview consisted of questions about job experience, certain scenarios, background questions. Afterwords would be informed via email or phone call of whether or not we got the job.

Who was an inspiration for you growing up and why?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
