Group interview that is more like a conversation. They took the group to a table at the Nordstrom Cafe with 3 girls and one manager, they asked some questions but they also turned into a conversation. I had to call back about my application status though because they were slow to get back due to manager vacations

Basic Interview: I came into the store, and they had me walk through my resume. It took less than 20 minutes. They wanted to know my availability and my past experience working in retail. Nothing different than any other sales position interview.
