Very quick, questions weren’t too hard. They didn’t seem fixated on if you had experience or not, willing to train on the job. They asked to give specific examples of certain situations and how you handled yourself
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
