J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2016

      Entretien

I applied online for the job and was given a phone interview. That went smoothly and I 'passed'. I was e-mailed details for a one-to-one/face-to-face interview. I got there, and it was a group interview. Now usually, I wouldn't mind this, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. The 4 other girls in the interview with me were answering the EXACT SAME QUESTION. So needless to say, you're bound to feel a little stumped when it gets to you and the 2/3 people in front of you have said vastly similar things. We had to sell a product to the interiewers which was very awkward, they sat there staring at us as we spoke between ourselves with one girl trying to take charge and dictate what we 'sold' to the interviewers. I didn't feel comfortable or as if I could get a word in edgeways. he other girls seemed very passive aggressive throughout and the only question I actully felt comfortable answering was the 'sell me this rubber' one, as apparently the other girls had no idea how to sell something on the spot. The second thing that really annoyed me was that the positions were advertised as part time sales associates, but we were told that they wanted 'temporary' sales assiciates on a 4 week contract. I was actually asked to take a week off university for training too. I didn't take the job despite being offered it as I felt that the comany were very unprofessional in their hiring process and I wasn't comfortable being treated as 4 week temporary staff when I had applied for a permanant position.
