J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Cerritos, CA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
I applied on the website and got a call less than a week later. I was called to do an interview a few days later. It was a group interview but it was only me and another woman.
The first thing the manager asked is to describe ourselves. Just so she can get to know us individually. Then proceeded to ask "tell me a time" questions.
She asked what position we would be strong in.
Asked why we want to work here?
She then asked our availability.
She asked if we had any questions and she kindly ended the interviee with a goodbye.
Still waiting for a call whether I got the job or not.

Question 1
Tell me a tome where a customer was upset and how you handled it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
