The interview was involved of 2Steps each taking 1hr. First an oral interview which was really relaxed and seeking to know how technically you are suited to ttem. The written test was checking reporting and accounting technical skills. For those who passed, were referred to a 3rd a final interview with the CEO. The questions came from the CV seeking to know how well you will benefit them and perform in the role
