I went through an initial phone screen with their HR team, a one-on-one interview with the person who the position reported to, a brief conversation with that person's own supervisor, and then an informal vibe check conversation with the other members of the team. There was a pretty extensive background check after I accepted the offer (it's a financial institution after all).
