There was an assessment day that had lasted 2 hours, was very casual, testing basic skills, such as using Microsoft Excel and exploring a scenario-based study of saving people on an aeroplane.

1) Identify one interesting trait about a partner sitting next to you and one trait that would make them suitable for the job.
2) After describing the aeroplane scenario, choose four of the nine people whom you would save, and why (twenty minutes was provided to answer this question, and was done so in groups of three)?
