I hesitated to put this down, but that was the most intimidating interview I have ever experienced. They had me complete a series of questionnaires beforehand, and some of the questions seemed quite unsettling. For instance, they asked me to list my vacation plans within the next six months, which I've never been asked in my previous interviews. Additionally, there was a question about how I would handle a client throwing tantrums and acting rudely and demanding, both over the phone and via email. The entire experience was quite unnerving. I don't know what this pre-interview questionnaire is implying... During my interview, the interviewer was very patient in answering them. However, there were two questions that the interviewer asked me that made me feel uncomfortable. Firstly, he asked me how many times I had taken medical leave at my current company in over a year. Secondly, he asked me if, as a woman, I often cried in the office due to stress. Despite feeling uneasy, I tried my best to answer his questions.
