I was interviewed by Debbie and Matt. The interview was actually going very well, I thought. Until they asked me if I would dye my hair a natural color if hired. Which I won't. My hair color has no bearing on my ability as a pharmacist. And this is a closed door pharmacy.

As far as the interview process goes, it was pretty standard. The first interview was 3 people, 1HR and 2 pharmacy employees. I made it to the second round of interviews and I interviewed on a Friday. That next Monday, I received a template rejection letter. I’ve never made it to the second round of interviews and then have the potential employer just shoot me a standard email. That was 2 weeks of my life, too. Not to mention they required 9 resumes, in total. They push the small pharmacy “we’re all on the same team” vibe, but after my interaction with them, they weren’t any different than the big chain guys.
