They asked me to create a memo or pitch about a manufacturing company for screening. This was a prerequisite to get the invite to go to 2nd round but I did not make it past this round.

It was few written questions followed by a short, 15 minute interview via phone. There were basic questions like, "What got you interested?" and the generic, "Tell me about yourself". No technical questions. All behavioral.
