I went through an HR Initial Phone Interview to go over my background and experience. Then I spoke with the UX II Team Lead on a 2nd round Interview to discuss my experience at Verizon as a contract Experience II Designer for the CX Design team.

The interview process was friendly and warm with great conversation topics and questions that delved into the skill set of the individual they are reviewing. First going through the phone review then meeting the team before making the decision upon hiring you.
