Just relax and be yourself .. you have to relate to these customers and understand that everyone just wants to vent a little and hopefully we can resolve the issue for them .. team is everything .. very grateful for the group of people I’ve been training with ! Great Benefits & the pay is decent for what you’re doing . I’ll update after training is done 😊

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
