Dropped my resume and received an invitation to do a virtual interview online. Rather than a person, I was instructed to answer standard behavioral questions on a video recording device.

It was pretty straight forward. First round with HR, second with future team members, final with hiring manager. They asked questions directly off job description which was great. No weird curve balls.
