A mutual connection passed my resume on the HR. This helped a lot as I know they receive a lot of applications for marketing roles. I was first contact for a phone screening interview with HR. After several weeks, a skype interview was set up with hiring manager. Finally I was flown in to headquarters for an all-day interview with various members of the team. I was offered a job about a week later.
