The recruitment process is lengthy ! After having passed the 1st round of selection, you will be asked to send them a short video telling them why you want to work for them , introduce yourself , your salary expectations and your current professional situation. If you are selected , you will then need to do the cognitive assessment . Afterwards, you will be having a short interview with the HR and then a separate interview with the Sales Manager! The interview with HR is pointless in my opinion as it is basically the same questions you had to answer in the video requested.. not sure if this is even viewed at this point! The disappointing thing is that they do not even have the courtesy to send a rejection letter after having done such a lengthy recruitment process.
