The process went really great. I seemingly impressed the hiring manager and the attorneys who were seeking an assistant. There were three attorneys who seemed to be very nice and intelligent who I thought knew what they wanted in an assistant only to discover later that after having offered me the position three weeks later they said it wasn't a good fit!

Friendly and asked relevant questions. She kept contact way before the interview and throughout the application process. It was a great experience overall. The salary offer was great and she suggested alternative positions if I didn’t get the position.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter in Baltimore who seemed to be very excited about me and wanted to talk with the hiring manager immediately. She said they base their salary on years of experience and to forward my experience before the 15 years I had on my resume. The next day I got an email saying I was not qualified. I wrote to her for feedback and never got a response. I feel that I was lied to and believe this is age discrimination. If I had known this, I would not have sent my previous experience.

Had a 30 minute phone interview after applying via a recruiter. Interviewer was very friendly and her questions were based upon my resume to gauge my skill set and fit for the open position.
