Velocify was pretty aggressive and organized about getting me in, and keeping me informed along the way. All companies say they're looking to have someone start immediately, but these guys followed through. They brought me in right away, zero phone screens, one in-person interview, and I met with 4 people. It was pretty thorough but I knew I was doing a well, so I moved from one to the next pretty easily. I couldn't tell a great deal about the culture or people from the interviews themselves. That's always hard to gauge exactly, but luckily I found it to be a great fit for me.
