I initially met with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Sales and Business Development for a preliminary interview in Warrington on 23/12/16 with 5 other candidates and successfully progressed to a more formal interview/presentation on 18/1/17 at the Bowden Hall Hotel in Gloucester with 3 other successful candidates. I attended 3 meetings/interviews with key personnel from the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations team to discuss the role and the responsibilities of the teams within Vanguard. I was interviewed by each team and performed a presentation on 'Selling to a cash constrained market' to the entire group. My final interview was with the Director of Sales and Business Development and the Chief Executive.
