Applied via website but the ad was also in linkedin. Cv and motivation letter was sufficient. Then got a call, an hr interview in a week, director interview in around 2 weeks. The decision was made pretty quickly

It was a pretty normal, straightforward interview. Everything you can expect from an hr interview, like talk about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses etc.
