They love to waste time. Be prepared for months of snail trailing along an ancient hiring process. The recruiter seems like she has her stuff together, but the hiring managers could care less about allocating time to move the interviews along. It’s fine not to choose someone for the role but holding it over their head for months is disappointing. Do better.
