I first had an initial call with recruiter, followed by an interview with the team, and then a final interview with the program manager. I was told they were moving quickly and I'd probably hear back by the end of the week. I followed up thanking them for interviewing with a sample case study I created unique to the role. Never heard back. Followed up a week later and still heard nothing. The recruiter and team seemed pretty excited throughout the interview process, so being ghosted was quite surprising and something I didn't expect from this organization. I've since accepted another offer.
