The interview process was quite informal and relaxed. The questions were basically asking about your experiences, your interest in emergency and to describe how you dealt with a challenging situation. They want to demonstrate appreciation for the 7(or9?) pillars of VEG too.

Phone interview followed by a Working interview with a meeting at the end. With another in person meeting and an offer 1 month later. Ended up declining a better offer due to initial offer. Initial offer presented is based on estimated production. Real offer was much lower.
