A recruiter reached out the day I submitted my application. I scheduled an interview through the link provided and the interviewer did not show or call for the first interview. I had to reach out to reschedule and the interviewer was 10 minutes late calling that time. Our conversation was very short and to the point and I was told I sounded like I would be a great fit for the role and would be contacted by the hiring manager for an interview. I never received a call or follow up email. Having done recruiting for previous jobs, I'm experienced with proper etiquette and found my experience with VCU to be unprofessional, at best.
