First Round will be normal interaction with the Internal Recruiting HR then will be processed to the next level with Account Manager/Team Lead where it can take One and Half Hour brief discussion on the Previous Process Followed, Clients worked with and Requirements worked on, Experiences gained, Achievements made and some personal interaction, and then to the next level for salary Negotiations and benefits with the Senior HR

Mostly will look in to the Communication Skills, Knowledge in IT, domains worked, Sates worked.
