I was referred by a current employee and a submitted my resume via email. I had one in person interview with person who would be supervising me. I was asked a tandard questions about reasons I’m in this field and past experience. Provided three references as requested.

Pretty standard. Two rounds. Both were with panels from the division i applied for. Standardized questions relevant to the work, ie public interest experience, why UJC, interest in serving public.
