It was a standard process with one phone interview with HR and then 2 rounds of in-person interviews. While I didn't end up getting the job, I really respected how they treated their candidates. Communication was prompt and they didn't just ghost people if they decided to move on with someone else (sadly, too many places do this). Timelines were also quick and didn't drag the process out for months (another common problem).
