Awkward hiring process. I was asked to interview for one position and when I called them the interview was for a completely different role that I had zero experience with. Overall, would not recommend.
Skype interview with 2 employees. Group interview. Employees on interview call represented junior to more senior levels. Started the interview with general questions.
Overall honest about position and responsibilities.

Initial telephone interview. Then an in person interview with a team of people. Asked several situational questions. It pays to have a connection. Most hires now have a contract or temporary period of 3-6 months.
