Brief phone interview then in person. Interviewer discussed every aspect of the job including it's challenges. I felt like he was trying to sell me on it in many ways and also to discourage me from it at the same time. It was kind of strange. I am not particularly looking for a job in sales so I went in looking at it like a great practice interview. I would not take the position if offered because of the low base salary and hours required.
