Interview process was long and included personality test, job shadow, etc. After months of interviewing I was verbally offered the job and a week later they went on a hire freeze. They told me to keep following up and the job is mine when the freeze is lifted. I followed up for weeks and they completely ghosted me. Didn't respond to a single email, didn't answer the phone, return messages.

Overall company seminar followed by a 1 on 1 that determines if you're ready to work on only commission and buy leads to help start yourself out, shows a variety of commission checks from reps too

Easy, didn’t go into much detail. Talked about benefits and training. When the next class would begin and if that worked for me. Work from home is available, Monday to Friday. A background check is required.
