candidates will either meet with the plant manager and or a production manager to start the interview. They will talk with you to make an assessment of the potential candidates. You will then meet with the supervisor of the department of which you are best suited or applied for. Possibly you will be passed around to a few other supervisors if you have multiple skills and could possibly be used in another area, broadening the possibility of employment. Afterwards a decision will be made if you are an appropriate candidate for the position applied.
