the interview have 3 stages. First round is done by HR executives, second round is done by your immediate superior officer and the last one is done by Director of HR. In first round, your translation skills have tested with some kind of test that concern with banking. Second round is about your communication skills, your presentation skills about yourself, your experience and your expectations. Third round is the final round that makes hiring.
