Applied on 3/12, next day received a HireView interview invitation. Completed it on 3/16 early morning. A big plus to review Glassdoor interviews and call HireView support. Keep a notebook and pencil handy. Dress professional, practice, keep a picture of a loved one by computer so your eyes are focused. Right now, I am in limbo. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from the digital interview? I'm in California, so I wonder if that has something to do with it. Anxious.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
