I applied online for United Airlines on March 4th, 2016 and received an email to do a HIREVUE video interview the next day. They give you 5 days to complete your HireVue on line video interview. I did it after 2 days because i made sure to research about the company. They give you 6 situational and behavioral questions combined.Make sure you speak clearly and sound confident and assertive. Make sure you they are able to see your face and be in a well lighted area. Dress as if you were going to the actual interview and make sure there are no interruptions or nothing going on in the background. I completed the HireVue interview and received an email on March 8th informing me that I had a successful video interview and that they would like to invite me to a in person-group interview. They give you a phone number to call and schedule your interview appointment. They fly you complimentary but you are responsible to book your hotel and any travel expenses. My interview is next Tuesday, March 15th. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
