The process is pretty much how everyone described it. You want to get to the airport early so that you have plenty of time to go through security and find the gate where the recruiters will meet you. Definitely be friendly and talk to the other candidates while you wait. Honestly you're all nervous and need something to calm your nervous! By the way be there before the interview time. The day I went they arrived a few minutes early ready to go! You check-in then go on a bus to the recruiting center. At this point have your A game on! You're introduced to a few employees then as a group you watch a presentation about the company and ask questions. Soon after you're called one by one to meet with a recruiter! I suggest to practice some questions that are listed in the site! And practice reading announcement aloud! More importantly be you! They know what they are looking for! If it's you! Great if not! Try another airline! Just don't give up!

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
