Entretien
I applied online. Then got an email that said for me to compete the video interview within 5 days. I just completed it yesterday so unsure yet of the next step if I'm choosing or not.

Question 1
1) tell us about yourself.
2) when did you go over and beyond for a customer.
3) why would you make a good flight attendant
4) how do you consistently provide customer service
5) what is a situation you wished you would of done differently
6) what makes you the best candidate for United
7) how do your coworkers and friends perceive you.

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
