Had a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter to go over job role, background, salary, etc. on-site interview with hiring manager and it consisted of behavioral interview questions that lasted 1 hour.

Phone screen with hiring manager. Flown to Chicago to interview with immediate team members. 2 interviews. Each about 30 min. Flown home. About a month later was asked to fly back to Chicago to meet with leaders downtown at the Willis tower. Has some difficultly with travel reservations and tower access but all issues were resolved. Met with senior leaders for 30min to 1 hr. Behavioral based questions. One of the leaders was remote via a video call. Received an offer a few weeks after.
