I applied and promptly got invited to do the video interview. I completed it two business days ago and have not heard back. I think that the video interview is much less intimidating that everyone thinks. The questions are easy to prepare for, and as long as you smile and have a positive demeanor you should be fine. I hope that they review my video shortly. I would love to know from other people how long it takes to hear back after the initial virtual interview.

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
