Entretien
I did a video interview and heard back from them in four days for an in person interview. I was flown to Newark for my interview, the process seemed great. I had a one on one at first, the lady who interviewed me was awesome her and I clicked immediately. She then pushed me on to the next level. I then had an interview with two older gentlemen. They made me very nervous and almost made me feel inferior to them. I am a fairly confident person and they made me question every answer I gave them. The final question was if I had any tattoos. Which I do but they can easily be covered up. They asked me what they were of, which seemed a little inappropriate. Once I told them and explained to them that in all of my past jobs I have had to also cover up my tattoos and that it was never a problem, they rolled their eyes and then reiterated to me that United is a very CONSERVATIVE company,which I completely understand and respect. But once that happened they ended my interview. It seem abrupt and very awkward. I made it pretty far too and felt pretty confident until the very end. But I got an email less than a week later saying that I did not get the job

Entretien
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
