I applied on August 30, 2015 online. I completed the application and assessment on the same day. The very next day on the 31st, I received an email requesting me to complete the HireVue video interview. A few days later on September 2, 2015, I logged in to complete the HireVue interview. I did the practice questions beforehand which were super helpful! You can do as many as you want and they will not count against you. It was a little awkward talking to the computer at first but you get used to it. The more practice questions you do, the more comfortable you get at it. It only took me about 20 minutes total to complete everything and finish the 6 questions. Make sure to use the STAR format! The very next day (today) on September 3rd, I got an email requesting me to come to a group interview session!!! Looks like I'm scheduled for next week in Newark! Who else is coming?! I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
