I only had one interview that I was brought in for. I was interviewed by two United Employees and it was a very easy going and smooth interview. All of the questions were STAR or scenario based questions that pertained to the job I was interviewing for.

Question 1
It has been awhile since the interview, but most of the questions were similar to what you always hear. How did you make a former boss see your point of view on a subject you disagreed on? Tell me about a time where you ran into a difficult situation and you were able to overcome it? Just questions like that and I believe they each asked me about four questions each.
