J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en janv. 2023
Entretien
After I applied and took the assessment I had an interview that was recorded. Not speaking to someone was very weird, I have never done that before. Some questions were easy, some were hard, I did a little research on what questions they'd ask. About a month later they emailed me asking to schedule a face to face interview online! That was tricky to me but I guess they liked me so the day after I got an email saying I can move on to the in person interview (which I haven't had yet).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Some questions were.. "Tell me about your resume?" "Name a difficult task and how did you handle it?" "How did you deal with a customer who speaks a different language?"

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
