J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez United Airlines (Houston, TX) en févr. 2013
Entretien
We sat in a room full of applicants as they briefly explained what the company and job were about. They begin calling us in one by one for the interview portion. After a couple hours I was called back and felt pretty confident in my interview (10 min). I read before that if you get an offer, they will slip you a piece of paper to come back at later time, I didn't recieve a slip so I assumed I wasn't getting an offer. Email came a few weeks later confirming that I didn't make the cut.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
