Phone interview with one person (mostly behavioral), and quick turn around to in person interview with three people. You need to be excited about the airline industry--people love planes! There were a few math type questions in the person interview (included below) I heard that straight of undergrad they give an actually math test, but mine was informal with similar questions.

The interview process was straight forward. First, they send an email with a questionnaire and they contact you for a screening interview. After that, you're given a technical interview with 5 questions. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the part.
