You walk in and chat in the lobby of the Marriott for a little while, and soon a hotel rep guides you to a room where you'll sit and mingle and hear a few facts about the airline for a few hours until they call your name for a one on one. When I was finally called, I went into a room where others were seated at their stations with a recruiter, and really you just need to tune everyone else out. This is where you need to forget anyone is even in the room. I was asked a series of questions, and honestly, they weren't that difficult. As long as you have a few stories to share, you're fine. It was actually pretty laid back.

Question 1
Role play: United's policy is to serve on every flight. You are the lead flight attendant and we are on a flight from Houston to Austin. It's 35 minutes. I refuse to serve. What do you do?

I passed the process until the virtual interview where I received the tbnt 2 days later I wish they could give us some tips about the things we should improve or reasons for not being chosen, I would love to improve myself on whatever the reason for not passing but overall a really good interview
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
